Drop into our regular schedule, led by a qualified instructor: 20 minutes of light, optional traditional yoga to warm up, 20 minutes of yoga with the puppies, then 20 minutes of pure puppy playtime. All levels welcome, no experience needed.

A session, step by step
Arrive & settle
Get yourself set up, hand-sanitise and sign your forms. We'll get you comfortable before we begin.
Introduction & yoga
As soon as everyone's in, we start with a 20-minute introduction and yoga flow. No experience needed, just follow along.
Yoga with puppies
The next 20 minutes are yoga with the puppies, as they explore the room and come and say hello.
Puppy playtime
We finish with pure puppy playtime: sit back, cuddle and play with the pups to your heart's content.
